Yasodhai Damodaran is a passionate rotarian and trainer. She has 15 years of experience in the IT and training industry. She left her high paying IT career to follow her passion of training. After facing sexual harassment at her workplace, she decided to quit her job and took it as her main mission to educate everybody in POSH. She has trained over 60 trainers across India in POSH and 15000 employees in various domains. Honoured with “Paul Harris Fellow” pin for her contribution towards Rotary International Foundation. Recipient of “Industry Youth Icon” award from Vijaya Hospital and “Young Women Entrepreneur” award from NFED in the year 2021. She has authored a book on POSH named “An Attempt to Clean the Dirt off India” in August 2021 and Co-authored the book “Aspire to Inspire” in April 2022. She is a POSH Consultant for NGO’s - REIN India Foundation, First Heart Network Foundation and Project Bodhan. She has implemented end to end POSH across various sectors. She believes that awareness plays a major role in preventing Sexual Harassment and wants to be a torch bearer in the field of POSH & POCSO.
