Reading the news paper or watching news is not fun or informative anymore. We keep seeing the news of a small kid being misued, abducted or even raped. Similarly young woman being harassed, manipulated, cheated and misused is a very common news that we come across in our day-to-day life. What we don’t see in news is even a boy kid or male do face these issues and even their life becomes a hell after going through such issues.
This can happen to anyone and in 90% of cases the offender is someone close to the victim. How do we overcome such issues? What are the various steps to be taken once we discover the issue? Can we take law in our hand and punish the offender on our own?
Now, I have a solution for this issue. Yes, you people read it right. Awareness is the key to success. Only when we are aware of few details such as “what is sexual abuse that a child could face, What is the sexual harassment an adult can face, and how do we recognize the symptoms in a victim, how do we help them recover or as an individual how do we face such challenges and help ourselves from becoming victims of such issue”, we would be able to live peacefully in this society..

POSH Implementation at Companies & Schools
POSH ACT 2013 mandates POSH implementation at all the organisations having more than 10 employees irrespective of the Gender. We implement end to end POSH PAN India.
POSH Implementation at Higher Institutions
As per AICTE and UGC regulations, it is mandatory to implement POSH in all the Engineering & Art and Science Colleges. We have a special POSH implementation strategy with respect to colleges. Student Ambassadors will drive this program.
POCSO Implementation at Schools
POCSO ACT 2012 mandates all the schools to adopt POCSO. CBSE mandates all its schools to implement POCSO. We have best counsellors and trainers to implement POCSO at schools across India.
